All good things come in threes: With the new Motion Plus Platform, Next Level Racing is expanding the Motion Eco System of the Motion Platform V3 and the Traction Plus System with a third component. Now it is also possible with the Next Level Racing systems not only to tilt the seat (Seat Mover) or to move the cockpit sideways to simulate oversteer and understeer (Cockpit Slider or Mover), but also to raise the entire cockpit. In contrast to other concepts (such as our Beast), the lifting is not realised by individual actuators (such as those of ProSimu or the Qubic system) but by one or two integrated modules that are mounted under the cockpit. The Next Level Racing cockpits GTTrack, GT- or FGT-Elite and even the FGT cockpit are supported as standard (with adapters if necessary), which until now had to remain completely outside the scope of the motion upgrade. But we will also support cockpits from other manufacturers in the future.

Our innovative Force2Motion 8DOF cockpit, exclusively manufactured in this combination, combines the GTTrack cockpit with Motion Platform V3 (Seat Mover) and the Traction Plus system (for oversteer and understeer effects) from Next Level Racing with the Cockpit Mover based on the ProSimu T1000 4M. As the "cream on top", a butt kicker is mounted, which transfers the vibrations from the engine, speed limiter and curb effects tactilely into the seat and thus onto the driver's body.
 
This turns the system into the ultimate racing and/or flying cockpit with 8 DOF. This product idea arose from the idea of putting together a complete cockpit with all conceivable options for our showroom in order to show our customers the respective effects of the individual motion systems on one system. After we had gained sufficient experience with the prototype, we completely redesigned the adapter system for combining the two worlds and had it manufactured in Germany. The adapter system is so modular that it is 100% compatible with the Next Level Racing Traction Plus system and can therefore be installed as an add-on between the GTTrack cockpit and Traction Plus. The adapter system can also be used to mount other cockpits than the GTTrack on the Next Level Racing Traction Plus system. For example, there is already an aluminium plate pre-drilled for RSeat RS1 and S1 cockpits, which can of course also be used for other cockpits and do-it-yourself projects by drilling appropriate holes.

Force2Motion Motion Platform Plus Adapter System - Base Support (bottom)

With the F2M adapter system Motion Platform Plus it is possible to mount one or two Motion Platform Plus on the Traction Plus. Depending on the rider's weight (75-100 kg) and the mounted cockpit, an additional V3 can then be inserted into the cockpit.
 
The system consists of a lower (mandatory) and upper (optional) carrier system. Depending on the cockpit used, the upper carrier may or may not be required. The lower carrier is called the basic set and contains the floor plates 150mm and two cross members with bracing plates for Traction-Plus mounting. These parts are not or only partially needed for the upper beam (extension set), as the Motion-Plus platforms are located at this point. The upper support can also be used on its own to extend the Wheel Stands DD and 2.0 with one or two Motion-Plus platforms and a V3 to a Motion Cockpit.

Force2Motion adapter system Motion Platform Plus - extension carrier (top)

The upper frame (F2M adapter system Motion Platform Plus extension carrier) is used to accommodate the Wheel Stands of the NLR GTTrack Cockpit or the NLR Wheel Stand DD or the NLR Wheel Stand 2.0 and, together with a V3, to form the cockpit, which can then be equipped with one or two Motion Platform Plus. If this construct is to be mounted on a Traction Plus, you will also need the F2M base support.

And the upper frame can also (alone - without the lower carrier) "transport" the NLR FGT cockpit (with and without NLR seat) to a Motion Cockpit. Here you can integrate one or two Motion Platform Plus and operate the whole thing "solo" with the original floor supports from NLR. And you can even strap the system onto a Traction Plus system. Pretty crazy, but it works.

F2M Adapter System Traction Plus for Aluminium Cockpits

With the F2M adapter system Traction Plus for aluminium cockpits it is possible to mount self-made cockpits or cockpits made of aluminium profiles on the Next Level Racing Traction Plus. IMPORTANT: The cockpits must have sufficient rigidity and stability so that they CANNOT bend in the middle when resting on the mounts of the Traction Plus system. The product consists of two adapters for the Traction Plus unit (front and rear identical) and a screw set. A cockpit or the Traction Plus System is not included.

RSeat S1 - Adapter Kit for Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3

Force2Motion adapter set for the installation of the Motion Platform in the RSeat S1 cockpit incl. lifter for wheel and pedal plate as well as for a shifter extension; With the Force2Motion adapters not only the Next Level Motion Platform is inserted into the S1 cockpit, but also the geometry of the seating position is adapted to the 8-10 cm higher seat surface. For this purpose, both the wheel mount and the shifter mount (analog flight mount) are raised by about 8-10 cm. The pedal plate is lifted by 4 cm. This virtually eliminates the higher seat height due to the Motion Platform mounted between the RSeat chassis and seat. The add-on parts are black anodized and of high quality. This means that neither the appearance nor the stability of the cockpit suffers, but the seat moves!

F2M Adapter Set V3 Motion Platform for Aluminium Cockpits

With the F2M-Adapter Motion Platform V3 for aluminium cockpits it is possible to mount the Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3 in an aluminium cockpit e.g. of Trak Racer type 80 and 160. With the 160 cockpit (160mm overall height), the longitudinal profiles of the seat mount are omitted. With the 80 cockpit these are used (to obtain the necessary height / airspace for the V3). With the 160 cockpit the seat position increases by approx. 2 cm compared to the original seat, with the 80 cockpit by approx. 10 cm. For an inside width in the aluminium cockpit of 500mm.

The set consists of two aluminium brackets in black fine structure powder-coated for the V3 with 4 clamping screws. The inside of the bracket is equipped with a sliding strip so that the surface of the aluminium profiles is protected when the V3 is moved longitudinally.

Attention: When installing, make sure that there is sufficient air space for the fans of the V3 (approx. 2 cm distance to the floor and rear wall) and that the seat and, if applicable, a mounted butt-kicker can move freely without bumping into fixed parts or producing a crushing hazard for the hands. If a static shifter mount is used in the seat's movement area, it must be shortened so that the seat can move freely in all directions (this can be supplied by Force2Motion on request - see corresponding article).

Please Note: Cockpit and V3 not included.

Next Level Racing Motion Platform SDK

Attention: The software is explicitly assigned to the serial number of your Motion Platform V3. It is not possible to return the software after ordering (revocation). The Next Level Racing Traction+ is also supported. However, the V3 is always licensed and the SDK can only be used when the V3 is switched on. A single operation of the Traction Plus with the SDK is not possible.

Force2Motion GTTrack Pedallifter

After installing the Next Level Motion Platform V3 in the GTTrack cockpit, the pedal plate may be too low in relation to the seat height for some people. We have the solution for this: With the Force2Motion GTTrack Pedallifter the pedal plate is raised by 80mm. This completely compensates for the higher seat position. The pedal lifter is made of solid aluminium and is powder coated in matt black. Plastic end caps provide a clean look. Longer screws are included.

Motion-Systems Qubic System - Belt Tensioner BT1 - Multi-purpose, dual channel, direct drive seat belt tensioner

The Polish manufacturer Motion Systems, which has developed the "Qubic System" motion platforms and the V3 and Motion Platform Plus under licence for Next Level Racing, has now announced a new sensation: the Belt Tensioner QS-BT1.

And we are a little proud of this development ourselves, as Force2Motion was a driving force behind the development of this extension. With input from the racing and flightsim scene, we persistently fought for Motion Systems to build what we consider to be an indispensable extension for the Qubic systems. And now Motion Systems has introduced this product, which can also be fitted to many stand-alone cockpits without Motion. And of course it's a great extension for those who already have "everything". Well done, guys!

In combination with the BT1V3 adapter developed by us, the Seat Belt Tensioner can be mounted on a Next Level Racing V3 as well as on practically any other seat console. The function of a seat slider for longitudinal adjustment of the seat is fully retained.

Powered by the same technology as the stunning QS-220, the QS-BT1 is a multi-purpose dual channel direct drive seatbelt tightener that enhances immersion in racing simulations like no other device in its class and price range. It not only complements the force feedback of the direct drive steering wheels, but also enhances the overall experience of the already highly immersive QS motion platforms and can even be used as a standalone, independent device if required.

Simulation of braking, lateral acceleration, cornering at high speed, wheel lock and loss of traction are among the key features of QS-BT1. Asymmetric engine vibrations and road effects such as rumble strips are also available for games that support them. Although QS-BT1 was mainly developed for racing simulations, with its 200 N force per channel it can also be successfully used in flight simulators to give you the feeling of gigantic forces during high acceleration manoeuvres.

Scope of delivery:

• 1x two-channel seat belt tensioner

Optional accessories (recommended):

• Emergency stop switch (motion lock) - is not required if other Qubic systems are present, as the system can be controlled via an (existing) motion lock switch.

Note: For the use of seat movers (such as the NLR Motion Platform V3), the QS-BT1 can only be installed on the upper frame of the motion platform near the pivot point and reduces the permissible user weight. A multi-point harness is required and is not included in the scope of delivery.

 

Force2Motion adapter for Qubic BT1 Belt-Tensioner to NLR Motion Platform V3

 

In combination with the BT1V3 adapter developed by us, the Seat Belt Tensioner can be mounted on a Next Level Racing V3 as well as on practically any other seat console. The function of a seat slider for longitudinal adjustment of the seat is fully retained.

The QS-BT1 to Next Level Racing® Motion Platform V3 Installation Kit is a solution for connecting the QS-BT1 to the Next Level Racing® Motion Platform V3. Designed for a quick installation and stable connection between Motion Platform and QS-BT1 belt tensioner. Whether you are configuring new equipment or upgrading existing components, this bracket ensures a simple and hassle-free installation process.

Note: As this adapter is fitted directly to the V3, the use of a seat slider is not possible or only possible to a limited extent. The seat shifts in relation to the rigidly mounted BT1, which can lead to undesirable effects. Furthermore, no Buttkicker Gamer can be installed on the V3. Force2Motion seat adapter 345mm for Next Level Motion Platform V3 - For mounting race seats on the Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3

Suitable for common racing seats with 345mm hole spacing sideways and 270mm, 273mm and 320mm longitudinal spacing (e.g., Sparco R100, Sparco Pro 2000 Floormount, OMP, RaceRoom, etc.). The seat adapter is mounted between seat or seat rail (for longitudinal adjustment) and Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3 and converts to the lateral hole spacing of 355 mm of the Motion Platform. The adjustment of the seat adjustment thus remains fully intact. By the way: The seat adapter is already included in the Next Level Motion V3 RaceRoom Edition bundle!

Dimensions: 40mm x 30mm x 4mm x 340mm aluminum black powder coated; incl. 4 pcs. M8 countersunk head screws including stop nuts and assembly instructions.
