Testing in the showroom for a fee

We usually keep a considerable amount of very expensive equipment in our showroom for testing and trying out. In recent years, we have constantly expanded some of the cockpits or completely replaced them with newer developments. This costs and ties up a lot of money and the test systems are later sold at a considerable discount.
In order to maintain the high quality of advice and the possibility of testing various cockpits, motion systems and add-ons, we are unfortunately forced to charge a small flat rate for private testing in the showroom from 1 May 2024. The test fee of €100.00 incl. VAT will be offset against a later purchase with a value of goods of at least €1,000 incl. VAT (please note different conditions for system consulting at racing event centres and commercial solutions). In the end, the test was free of charge, but never for nothing. Because even if you come to the conclusion after a test here on site that none of the solutions really work for you, that's okay. Like us, you have invested time and money in the visit, but you have avoided an expensive bad purchase.

Ready-To-Race Service Telephone and Remote Support 15 minutes

SERVICE is written in capital letters with us. In addition to free advice before and during the purchase, there is certainly a little help after the purchase. This is of course the case in the event of complaints or warranty claims.

And in case you need additional installation service or further support by phone or remote (via TeamViewer), you can book this service in quarter-hourly intervals (billing per 15 minutes or part thereof).

Ready-To-Race service - Installation on site (1 Person day)

We install your cockpit with all the trimmings on site at your home or company.

Included in the package:

• Approach up to max. 100 km from Aachen/Würselen one way (for more kilometres see separate article)
• Delivery of all ordered components
• Assembly on site
• Cabling and careful installation of all components
• Detailed briefing incl. setting up a game / simulation
• Take along packing material (unless required for warranty repairs)
• Scope 1 person day on site (sufficient for installation for basic cockpits with V3 and Traction+) - for more days see separate article

Service provision only in the EU - surcharges may apply for journeys over 600 km from Aachen/Würselen on request.

Ready-To-Race service Installation on site - additional person day

We install your cockpit with all the trimmings on site at your home or company.

Included in the package:

•  Scope 1 person day on site (as a supplement to the first person day - sufficient for installation for complete cockpits with extensive equipment)

Service provision only in the EU - surcharges may apply for journeys over 600 km from Aachen/Würselen on request.

Ready-to-race service flat rate installation workshop per person day (PT)

We pre-install your cockpit with all the trimmings in our workshop and then it is completely ready for use (please clarify shipping or collection and assembly details individually)

    Scope 1 PT Service

Ready-To-Race service fee additional KM

Additional km (arrival and departure incl. expenses); from 100 km (the first 100 km are already included in the service flat rate for on-site installation)

System consulting Race Event Centre per hour

You have a commercial idea around the topic of sim-racing? You want to set up a racing event centre with several simulators? Do you need expert advice on what options are available and what restrictions need to be observed? You don't know which motion system is the right one? You have questions about the commercial use of simulation programmes ("games")? You need software to control the racing operation of several simulators at the same time? You need support in developing a business plan to convince investors?

Then we can help you. We will be happy to advise you in our showroom on the technical possibilities, the requirements for virtual racing, the implementation of a business plan and the management of the challenges surrounding sim racing. However, please understand that we do not offer free advice for commercial enquiries. Unfortunately, we had to realise that many ideas do not come to anything in the end and that we put a lot of effort and know-how into such consultations, which are then not remunerated. Therefore, we have started to charge a fee of 150 € incl. VAT per hour for the consultation. The costs will be offset in the case of a later assignment.

Fair, isn't it? If you think that our offer is too expensive, then please reconsider your business idea in your own interest, because with an investment of a five- to six-figure euro amount, you should not save on the initial consultation.
