Service

SERVICE is written in capital letters with us. In addition to free advice before and during the purchase, there is certainly a little help after the purchase. This is of course the case in the event of complaints or warranty claims. And if, in addition, an installation service or further support on site or remotely is desired, you will find what you are looking for in this section...

System consulting and private test Showroom Force2Motion

System consulting and private test showroom Force2Motion

Testing in the showroom for a fee We usually keep a considerable amount of very expensive equipment in our showroom for testing and trying out. In recent years, we have constantly expanded some of the cockpits or completely replaced them with newer developments. This costs and ties up a lot of money and the test systems are later sold at a considerable discount. In order to maintain the high quality of advice and the possibility of testing various cockpits, motion systems and add-ons, we are unfortunately forced to charge a small flat rate for private testing in the showroom from 1 May 2024.

System consulting Race Event Centre per 0.25 hour = 15 minutes

System consultancy for racing event centres (per 0.25 hours = 15 minutes)

Do you have a commercial idea related to sim racing? Would you like to set up a racing event centre with multiple simulators? Do you need expert advice on the options available and the restrictions to be aware of? Please understand, however, that we do not provide free consultancy for commercial enquiries. Unfortunately, we have found that many ideas ultimately come to nothing, and we invest considerable time and expertise in such consultations, which are then not remunerated. We have therefore decided to charge a fee of €150 (incl. VAT) per hour for consultancy. The costs will be offset against any subsequent commission.
