been designed by Motion Systems company to do just one job, to control motors in vehicle simulator applications and they are exceptionally good at it.

Included power cabinet (control module) QS-SB2 is responsible for the power distribution and communication to handle telemetry signal processing where motion controller dispatches the commands

easy and fast use of predefined profiles. The Qubic Manager is a powerful engine, yet it’s simple to use meaning you can adjust levels of motion, bumps, roll and pitch with a click of a button.

The QS-CH1 is an innovative training product designed for advanced simulation of various modes of transport. Its compact design based on the technology of linear actuators makes the driver move to the virtual world with the mapping of stimuli from the real world. QS-CH1 is a brand new, modular, and flexibly configurable training product dedicated for advanced land vehicles and city car driving simulation. QS-CH1 is a part of the Qubic System product’s series. By using a number of expansion accessories, including manipulators and dedicated peripherals, it is possible to quickly build a simulator for future drivers or vehicle operators. The motion system consists of 3 DOF platform with electric actuators that provide cues for vehicle acceleration, road curvature and obstacles such as sidewalks and potholes. QS-CH1 only needs a 1.5 square meter place, and it is ideal for applications where the key is to reproduce the ergonomics of the original vehicle within a compact and mobile form. The PS-240 is a motion solution based on the linear actuator’s technology. The PS-240 motion set includes two linear actuators and the control unit. The motion system is dedicated to projects where it is necessary to reproduce real time vibrations, such as helicopter flight simulation or in the professional entertainment applications, for example haptic floors in VR centers.

The PS-240 consists of two linear actuators with a very high payload and the compact control unit. This motion system can be easly extended to 3DOF configuration. The new generation of electrical cabinet is equipped with proprietary design electronics and software. Design of cabinets allows users to achieve security measures CL class up to SIL (Safety Integrity Level) 3 if required.

Tailored for dedicated sim racers and drivers, the QS-210 motion system includes additional sets of brackets that enable racers to install actuators in the most popular aluminum profile based cockpits available on the global market.

Possible configurations and required add-ons:

• Attention: A QS-MC6 controller is required for operation on a Windows PC (not included) - see corresponding sets

We recognize that many individuals cannot afford the one-time expense of implementing a 3DOF (4 actuators) system for their simulator. To address this, we are introducing the option to take the first step with just 2 actuators using an additional accessory: the pivot leg, which we are thrilled to add to the Qubic System lineup.

Interestingly, if the QS-PIVOT is mounted sufficiently far forward, this setup will create the impression of an additional HEAVE axis, as the motion from the PITCH axis will be so optimized that it feels like translational (vertical) motion to the human vestibular system. Thus, with just 2 actuators combined with the pivot leg, users can achieve a “2.5 DOF” sensation, which may be an excellent starting point for many enthusiasts.* Heave motion pattern combined from pitch axis.
