Fast Facts - Hardware:

Patent pending technology of QS-L1 linear actuators from Qubic System Performance Line allows to develop highly realistic applications with detailed effects from simulation telemetry. Motor drivers have
been designed by Motion Systems company to do just one job, to control motors in vehicle simulator applications and they are exceptionally good at it.

Included power cabinet (control module) QS-SB2 is responsible for the power distribution and communication to handle telemetry signal processing where motion controller dispatches the commands to drivers which parse the incoming command as soon as the command arrives. Control module sets the motion and vibration cues for each single actuator. The driver works with both 115V and 230V power network without any adapters or voltage converters.

Qubic System - QS-MC6 – Motion Controller

The Motion Systems - Qubic - QS-MC6 - Motion Controller is the central control unit between the QS-220-PL actuator sets (not included - sold separately) and the PC. One QS-MC6 motion controller can control up to 4 QS-220-PL sets.

The QS-CH1 is an innovative training product designed for advanced simulation of various modes of transport. Its compact design based on the technology of linear actuators makes the driver move to the virtual world with the mapping of stimuli from the real world. QS-CH1 is a brand new, modular, and flexibly configurable training product dedicated for advanced land vehicles and city car driving simulation. QS-CH1 is a part of the Qubic System product’s series. By using a number of expansion accessories, including manipulators and dedicated peripherals, it is possible to quickly build a simulator for future drivers or vehicle operators. The motion system consists of 3 DOF platform with electric actuators that provide cues for vehicle acceleration, road curvature and obstacles such as sidewalks and potholes. QS-CH1 only needs a 1.5 square meter place, and it is ideal for applications where the key is to reproduce the ergonomics of the original vehicle within a compact and mobile form. Power cabinets are located in the lower part of the QS-CH1 motion platform, under the cockpit, which significantly reduces the usable space and improves safety.

The motion system QS-CH1 gives the possibility to fit and install various dashboards and steering wheels in the easy way. This product opened up new possibilities for driving schools, car manufacturers and people running R&D projects related to land vehicles.

QS-CH1 device is a modular, and configurable training product dedicated for advanced land vehicles and city car driving simulation. Due to the combination of dedicated accessories and the QubicManager software, the 6DoF motion platform provides drivers with an extreme experience like in a real race or during the ultimate flights.

The QS-S25 consist of 6 degrees of freedom (surge, sway, heave roll, pitch and yaw) which determined a position and movement of a car. The combination of the high precision technology of the motion system with QubicManager functionalities guarantees perfectly reflect the situations in the selected game. Further the impressive dynamics and high performance of QS-S25 motion system means that the racing simulation has never been at such a top high.

The original machine’s design based on modular and reconfigurable sets of actuators can be used in various racing or flight applications. Motion Systems - Linear Acturator Set PS-240

The PS-240 is a motion solution based on the linear actuator’s technology. The PS-240 motion set includes two linear actuators and the control unit. The motion system is dedicated to projects where it is necessary to reproduce real time vibrations, such as helicopter flight simulation or in the professional entertainment applications, for example haptic floors in VR centers.

The PS-240 consists of two linear actuators with a very high payload and the compact control unit. This motion system can be easly extended to 3DOF configuration. The new generation of electrical cabinet is equipped with proprietary design electronics and software. Design of cabinets allows users to achieve security measures CL class up to SIL (Safety Integrity Level) 3 if required.
