Fast Facts - Hardware:

Patent pending technology of QS-L1 linear actuators from Qubic System Performance Line allows to develop highly realistic applications with detailed effects from simulation telemetry. Motor drivers have
been designed by Motion Systems company to do just one job, to control motors in vehicle simulator applications and they are exceptionally good at it.

Included power cabinet (control module) QS-SB2 is responsible for the power distribution and communication to handle telemetry signal processing where motion controller dispatches the commands to drivers which parse the incoming command as soon as the command arrives. Control module sets the motion and vibration cues for each single actuator. The driver works with both 115V and 230V power network without any adapters or voltage converters.

ProSimu Active Seat Belt Tensioner (Option T5MP, T5Pro, T7Pro)

This active seat belt tensioner from ProSimu is available as an option for the ProSimu Motion Platforms/Cockpits 5MP, T5Pro and T7Pro. The belt is tightened via a separate actuator and controlled via SimTools. At 200mm/sec, the belt tensioner is very fast and provides very good feedback on the G-forces acting on the driver, especially when braking. Unlike other concepts, the Prosimu Seat Belt Tensioner tightens both belts simultaneously (i.e. not differentially).

Qubic System - QS-CH1 Base Frame Set

The QS-CH1 is an innovative training product designed for advanced simulation of various modes of transport. Its compact design based on the technology of linear actuators makes the driver move to the virtual world with the mapping of stimuli from the real world. QS-CH1 is a brand new, modular, and flexibly configurable training product dedicated for advanced land vehicles and city car driving simulation. QS-CH1 is a part of the Qubic System product’s series. By using a number of expansion accessories, including manipulators and dedicated peripherals, it is possible to quickly build a simulator for future drivers or vehicle operators. The motion system consists of 3 DOF platform with electric actuators that provide cues for vehicle acceleration, road curvature and obstacles such as sidewalks and potholes (not included in the Base Framne Set - see seperate products). QS-CH1 only needs a 1.5 square meter place, and it is ideal for applications where the key is to reproduce the ergonomics of the original vehicle within a compact and mobile form. Motion-Systems Qubic System - Belt Tensioner BT1 - Multi-purpose, dual channel, direct drive seat belt tensioner

The Polish manufacturer Motion Systems, which has developed the "Qubic System" motion platforms and the V3 and Motion Platform Plus under licence for Next Level Racing, has now announced a new sensation: the Belt Tensioner QS-BT1.

And we are a little proud of this development ourselves, as Force2Motion was a driving force behind the development of this extension. With input from the racing and flightsim scene, we persistently fought for Motion Systems to build what we consider to be an indispensable extension for the Qubic systems. And now Motion Systems has introduced this product, which can also be fitted to many stand-alone cockpits without Motion. And of course it's a great extension for those who already have "everything". Well done, guys!

Now we have to be a little patient, because universally usable adapters still need to be developed for the system so that the Belt Tensioner can be fitted perfectly to a wide variety of seats and cockpits.

According to the latest information directly from the manufacturer, first available units are expected in Juni 2024. Pre-orders are possible from now on! We have ordered an initial production batch of 10 units.

Powered by the same technology as the stunning QS-220, the QS-BT1 is a multi-purpose dual channel direct drive seatbelt tightener that enhances immersion in racing simulations like no other device in its class and price range. It not only complements the force feedback of the direct drive steering wheels, but also enhances the overall experience of the already highly immersive QS motion platforms and can even be used as a standalone, independent device if required.

Simulation of braking, lateral acceleration, cornering at high speed, wheel lock and loss of traction are among the key features of QS-BT1. Asymmetric engine vibrations and road effects such as rumble strips are also available for games that support them. Although QS-BT1 was mainly developed for racing simulations, with its 200 N force per channel it can also be successfully used in flight simulators to give you the feeling of gigantic forces during high acceleration manoeuvres.
