Assetto Corsa Competizione Commercial License 12M
The licence has a time limit of 12 months! One licence is required per simulator.
This license represents a 12 months single purchase license for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa Competizione for Esports activities, public locations, commercial activities, exhibition areas. This license provides the specific authorization for the use of Assetto Corsa Competizione ® as per Steam public version including all the official upgrades and DLCs. This license does not authorize any use of customized car liveries, track advertising and billboards, as well as the use of mods and/or external applications*.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to be able to activate the license for Assetto Corsa Competizione:
a- No Specific car branding must be applied to simulator units onsite and to any part of the software/hardware layout unless specifically authorized by Kunos Simulazioni in case of use in location accessible by the public
b- On site branding must feature the Assetto Corsa Competizione Branding and the SRO Esports branding (see Schedule 1), allowing potential connection of the Simulator unit to the online competition held by SRO, when and if requested by Kunos Simulazioni
c- Esports activities must follow the policy provided by Kunos Simulazioni covering brand, legal and marketing matters. Each activity must be communicated in writing to Kunos Simulazioni sending an email 20 days in advance featuring all the details to info@kunos-simulazioni.com. Not communicated activities, or messages about activities with no explicit consent reply by Kunos within 15 days will be deemed not approved.
Permissions for any usage different from the ones mentioned above may only be given explicitly by KUNOS Simulazioni representatives. Permissions are valid only under a written consent. In case of violation of this restriction, the license terminates with immediate effect and without paybacks from KUNOS Simulazioni.
PLEASE NOTE: the licensee has the whole responsibility over any game content or feature that is differing from the public Steam version of Assetto Corsa Competizione®.
*With AC Commercial Edition it is forbidden to use any content not natively included within the delivery of this order via the Steam version and it is forbidden to apply any game modification regarding content (2D or 3D) or game feature (apps, UI, etc..)
Scope of delivery:
- Licence for one simulator (one licence is required per simulator). Valid for 12 months.
