How does it work? Simply buy a voucher of the desired value and give it to someone else or use it yourself. The voucher can then be offset during the payment process.

Buy vouchers:
Vouchers can be purchased like normal items. As soon as you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping basket. You can now use the "Send voucher" link to send the desired amount by e-mail.

How to send vouchers:
To send a voucher, please click on the "Send voucher" link in your shopping basket. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First name and surname of the recipient. A valid e-mail address of the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit). A short message to the recipient. Please check your details again before sending. You can correct your details at any time before sending.

Shop with vouchers:
As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You have the option of redeeming your credit during the order process. If the credit balance is less than the value of the goods, you must select your preferred payment method for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit will of course be available for your next order.

Book vouchers:
If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can post the amount as follows: 1.
1. click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option of opening one.
2. after you have placed a product in the shopping basket, you can enter your voucher code there.
