This license represents a lifetime single purchase license for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa for public places, commercial activities, exhibitions, fairs, bars, etc. This licence authorises the use of Assetto Corsa (R) according to the public Steam version including all official upgrades and DLCs. This licence does not authorise the use of custom vehicle liveries, track advertising and billboards, or the use of mods and/or external applications. Assetto Corsa Commercial Edition is delivered via a Steam key and it is mandatory to use the special Steam Beta branch. Your beta password and instructions will be delivered with the Steam key once your order payment has been accepted. With the AC Commercial Edition, it is forbidden to use content that is not included with the Steam version, and it is forbidden to modify the game in terms of content (2D or 3D) or gameplay features (apps, UI, etc.).

This licence represents a lifetime single purchase licence for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa for professional simulator facilities, public places, commercial activities, exhibitions, fairs, bars, etc. This licence entitles the user to a special version of the software that can be integrated with the content available on Steam. This version also allows the customisation of the software, including the user interface, vehicle livery, track advertising and additional content created by the licensee (customer) or provided to him by third parties. Any modification of the content (vehicles/tracks/liveries/billboards) must be agreed and approved between the licensee and the interested third parties. KUNOS Simulazioni srl shall not be liable for any infringement of trademarks, policies or laws due to the modification of vehicles or tracks made by the customer of this licence (Licensee).
