Simracing Center Management Software "SD LAUNCHER" - Sim-Department License

Professional Simracing Center Management Software for the administration and control of 1-n simulators in an Event-Center from a remote management place (Admin).

The control software enables the comfortable operation of one or more racing simulators with Assetto Corsa and Rfactor2 with a lot of great features (see separate product data sheet). Supports multiple monitors for timetable, results, hot laps as well as QR code reader for easy driver login process at the simulator.

The user licence has no term limit. One licence is required per simulator.

Scope of delivery:

• Licence for one simulator (one licence is required per simulator).
• Attention: A basic set with a central control computer (NUC) is required for operation (not included here).

Assetto Corsa Commercial License Standard

The licence has no time limit. One licence is required per simulator.

This license represents a lifetime single purchase license for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa for public places, commercial activities, exhibitions, fairs, bars, etc. This licence authorises the use of Assetto Corsa® according to the public Steam version including all official upgrades and DLCs. This licence does not authorise the use of custom vehicle liveries, track advertising and billboards, or the use of mods and/or external applications. Assetto Corsa Commercial Edition is delivered via a Steam key and it is mandatory to use the special Steam Beta branch. Your beta password and instructions will be delivered with the Steam key once your order payment has been accepted. With the AC Commercial Edition, it is forbidden to use content that is not included with the Steam version, and it is forbidden to modify the game in terms of content (2D or 3D) or gameplay features (apps, UI, etc.).

The licence has no time limit. One licence is required per simulator.

This licence represents a lifetime single purchase licence for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa® for professional simulator facilities, public places, commercial activities, exhibitions, fairs, bars, etc. This licence entitles the user to a special version of the software that can be integrated with the content available on Steam. This version also allows the customisation of the software, including the user interface, vehicle livery, track advertising and additional content created by the licensee (customer) or provided to him by third parties. Any modification of the content (vehicles/tracks/liveries/billboards) must be agreed and approved between the licensee and the interested third parties. KUNOS Simulazioni srl shall not be liable for any infringement of trademarks, policies or laws due to the modification of vehicles or tracks made by the customer of this licence (Licensee). This version is delivered via Dropbox and requires a Dropbox Pro account. This is the only delivery method used.

Simracing Center Management Software "SD LAUNCHER" - Sim Department Update Fee per year and simulator

The software is regularly further developed and extended with new functions. For this purpose, an update fee is charged per year and simulator. No updates will be made without payment of the update fee.

Scope of delivery:

• Update fee for one simulator and one year (without licence)

Studio 397 - rFactor2 - Commercial License - Annual Fee per Simulator

The usage licence has a term limit of one year. One licence is required per simulator.

Scope of delivery:

• Annual licence for one simulator (one licence is required per simulator).

Assetto Corsa Competizione Commercial License 12M

The licence has a time limit of 12 months! One licence is required per simulator.

This license represents a 12 months single purchase license for each simulator, allowing the use of Assetto Corsa Competizione for Esports activities, public locations, commercial activities, exhibition areas. This license provides the specific authorization for the use of Assetto Corsa Competizione ® as per Steam public version including all the official upgrades and DLCs. This license does  not authorize any use of customized car liveries, track advertising and billboards, as well as the use  of mods and/or external applications*.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to be able to activate the license for Assetto Corsa Competizione:
a-    No Specific car branding must be applied to simulator units onsite and to any part of the software/hardware layout unless specifically authorized by Kunos Simulazioni in case of use in location accessible by the public
b-    On site branding must feature the Assetto Corsa Competizione Branding and the SRO Esports branding (see Schedule 1), allowing potential connection of the Simulator unit to the online competition held by SRO, when and if requested by Kunos Simulazioni
c-    Esports activities must follow the policy provided by Kunos Simulazioni covering brand, legal and marketing matters. Each activity must be communicated in writing to Kunos Simulazioni sending an email 20 days in advance featuring all the details to info@kunos-simulazioni.com. Not communicated activities, or messages about activities with no explicit consent reply by Kunos within 15 days will be deemed not approved.

Permissions for any usage different from the ones mentioned above may only be given explicitly by KUNOS Simulazioni representatives. Permissions are valid only under a written consent. In case of violation of this restriction, the license terminates with immediate effect and without paybacks from KUNOS Simulazioni.

PLEASE NOTE: the licensee has the whole responsibility over any game content or feature that is differing from the public Steam version of Assetto Corsa Competizione®.

*With AC Commercial Edition it is forbidden to use any content not natively included within the delivery of this order via the Steam version and it is forbidden to apply any game modification regarding content (2D or 3D) or game feature (apps, UI, etc..)
