Racing

The Traction Plus moves the whole cockpit and delivers both understeer and oversteer in the most realistic and precise way possible.

Based on feedback from professional drivers during product development the understeer component of a motion platform which is usually only found in 6DOF systems is absolutely critical in accurately and precisely simulating the vehicle. Feeling both understeer and oversteer the platform can be used effectively for driver/racer training particularly for cornering and rally, feeling what is happening with both rear and front of the vehicle. Even the differences between rear wheel drive, front wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles can be felt with the precise feedback delivered through the Traction Plus platform. The Motion Platform V3 and Traction Plus combine to provide accurate vehicle feedback for front wheel lock up meaning you will feel vibration as well as front of the vehicle sliding out of the corner when too much brake pressure is applied. (also applicable for rear wheel lock up depending on vehicle bias)

All good things come in threes: With the new Motion Plus Platform, Next Level Racing is expanding the Motion Eco System of the Motion Platform V3 and the Traction Plus System with a third component. Now it is also possible with the Next Level Racing systems not only to tilt the seat (Seat Mover) or to move the cockpit sideways to simulate oversteer and understeer (Cockpit Slider or Mover), but also to raise the entire cockpit. In contrast to other concepts (such as our Beast), the lifting is not realised by individual actuators (such as those of ProSimu or the Qubic system) but by one or two integrated modules that are mounted under the cockpit. The Next Level Racing cockpits GTTrack, GT- or FGT-Elite and even the FGT cockpit are supported as standard (with adapters if necessary), which until now had to remain completely outside the scope of the motion upgrade. But we will also support cockpits from other manufacturers in the future.

DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR FLIGHT

The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator cockpit has been specifically designed and developed with flight users in mind. The Flight Simulator is the first flight cockpit that allows different flight configurations all in one station. With different components included with the Flight Simulator, the flight user can create a commercial flight configuration by attaching a wide range of yokes, rudders, and throttles directly to the cockpit. A military configuration is possible with a unique cut-out design of the seat to attach the Hotas center stick directly to the middle plate, providing a true-to-life combat experience. For general aviation, several adaptor plates are provided to ensure cross compatibility of electronics on the market to be attached directly to the cockpit. Space users can utilize the included Keyboard and Mouse tray to attach the two joysticks and have their keyboard and mouse within reach for the most reactive gaming experience. Based on the user’s flight configuration, the Keyboard Support mounting location can be directly attached to the cockpit in multiple locations. *The Next Level Racing® Flight Simulator Flight Cockpit is specifically designed to have the Thrustmaster® TCA Yoke Pack Boeing Edition directly mounted to the cockpit with a true positioning of the peripheral for the most realistic flight simulation experience.
