Ware kam erheblich früher als angekündigt an, selbst nach zweiten Zustellveruch seitens UPS.

Danke für das Lob. Wir wissen doch alle: Wenn man etwas haben möchte, kann es nicht schnell genug gehen. Geht uns genauso. Deshalb geben wir immer ein bisschen mehr Gas ;-)

Der Bestellprozess war unproblematisch und die bestellte Ware wurde, trotz der Masse erstaunlich schnell geliefert.

Das Angebot vom Zubehör der Drittanbieter z.B. RSeat fehlt.
Ansonsten Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis und einwandfreie Kontaktaufnahme/Service.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und den Produkten. Auch am Telefon, sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Nachdem die Ware vorrätig war, traf sie sogar früher ein als angegeben ;)
Das Seitenlayout könnte noch etwas übersichtlicher gestaltet sein. Z.B. den Detail-Textblock in der Übersicht weglassen, sodass man mehr Produkte auf einem Blick
Vielen Dank für den Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ja, an der Seite arbeiten wir noch... ... aber es gibt noch so viel anderes zu tun ;-)

I'm pleased.
Though I'm no expert in shipping I thought the price was pretty high, almost as much as the product itself.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Yes, shipping costs are very high in this case due to the fact, that the package had to be sent to Iceland and that there has to be a customs clearance. But our online shop showed you the shipping costs before you had pressed the button “buy”, right?
