We usually have a whole range of products in stock in our showroom in Würselen and often dispatch the same day or the next day after your order. However, not everything is in stock immediately or sometimes a product is already out of stock because someone else was quicker. If this is the case, we will replenish stocks as quickly as possible. The following rules apply to make the actual stock level as fair and transparent as possible:

We ship the products you buy at cost price via professional service providers. Due to the sometimes very high weights and large dimensions of the packages, the freight costs and the sometimes 1-2 days longer delivery times are reasonable. The shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping basket and on the invoice. Please ensure that you enter the correct country of delivery in the shopping basket. Please note that you will have to bear the costs for a return shipment in the event of cancellation. Of course you can also collect the products from us in person (stock items only) or return them. Please make an appointment!
Delivery of bulky goods / pallets:
Bulky goods such as cockpits, seats and motion systems are usually delivered by a larger lorry and then often on pallets. Please indicate when ordering if delivery at ground level / free kerbside is NOT possible by lorry so that we can clarify the delivery in advance. Costs incurred due to unsuccessful journeys may be charged!
Prices depend on the country of delivery:
We have implemented the requirements of the reform of the European Union's VAT law applicable from 01.07.2021 and show the VAT applicable to the respective country of delivery during the ordering process. The net prices are the same for all customers and countries. However, the gross price and of course the freight costs change depending on the destination country due to the (unfortunately) different VAT rates applicable there. To ensure that you are shown the correct final prices and VAT rates for your country of delivery from the outset, please select your country of delivery in the top menu next to the globe below the language setting. Or you can create a customer account directly and enter the country of delivery there. The shop will then also show the prices that apply to you after you have logged in as a customer.
Business customers (B2B) from other EU countries (with a valid VAT ID) receive net prices without VAT. End customers from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) will also receive net invoices without VAT when we dispatch the goods and must then pay the import sales tax applicable in their destination country.
